Guided food walk “Tasting Kuopio”

This is a three-hour city walking tour with visits to four restaurants each serving a course as part
of our dinner. The food walk starts by the statue of Siskotyttö at the market place.

We shall visit the market hall for our welcome toast, which is a non-alcoholic local sparkling wine made of wild herbs. The four restaurants are Kummisetä, Isä Camillo, King’s Crown and Café Kaneli.

During the walk, the guide tells you about Kuopio, sharing stories of buildings and people as well as of the restaurants visited and the people running them.

The fixed walk date Friday 14 August. Minimum 5 persons. Other times by agreement.

The food walk starts at 4.30 pm by the statue of Siskotyttö in front of the western entrance of the market hall.
